Пункт договора о предоставлении Парижским клубом займа, согласно которому кредиторы по истечении определенного в договоре периода консолидации займа обязуются рассмотреть возможность освобождения от дальнейшей выплаты долга. В свою очередь страны-кредиторы выдвигают перед страной-дебитором два условия. Во-первых, страна-должник должна гарантировать, что освобождение от дальнейшего погашения не распространится на долги кредиторам, не участвующим в договоре с Парижским клубом. И во-вторых, наряду с перспективой освобождения от дальнейшей выплаты долга страна-дебитор должна сохранять возможность прибегнуть к последующим кредитным траншам МВФ.
* Термин goodwill в ином финансовом контексте может переводиться как гудвилл, или неосязаемый основной капитал, неосязаемые активы, балансовая оценка стоимости имени фирмы. Прим. перев.
